Einstein Bros Bagels is a restaurant that primarily deals in bagels. There are dozens of variation on the bagel here: blueberry bagels, onion and chive bagels, bagels with Lox, and even chocolate chip bagels.
This location is at the heart of Memorial City Mall, just south of the I-10.
Along with a wide selection of bagels, Einstein Bros Bagels has a large selection of cream cheeses (called “Smears”). These smears are fluffed to be very light and easy to spread (or smear, hence the title) on the bagel. The variety of smears is almost as great as the variety of bagels, giving you everything from garden vegetable to honey-toasted almond flavor.
They also have a variety of coffees, with flavors such as hazelnut, dark roast and french vanilla, in both regular and decaf versions.
