POW! offers classes that build strength, confidence, and a diverse range of athletic skills. Training with the POW! staff will make you feel better mentally and physically. Our programs are fitness-driven and offer a safe, supportive training environment. Our adult fitness program offers amazing boxing and muay thai classes which are supported by a well-rounded functional strength training program. The adult fitness classes offer strength, conditioning, interval and performance training. Our youth students have the opportunity to learn boxing/kickboxing and self-defense, while enhancing their athleticism. We believe strongly in the power of confidence-building , and we work daily to instill confidence through motivating and structured training.
