Proper is a scratch kitchen, which means we make the majority of our menu items in-house including our stocks, sauces, desserts, and of course our Proper pizza dough! Proper's fresh dough is produced from a proprietary sourdough starter. The dough is allowed to rise for 3 days, which gives our crust a supremely unique flavor and texture. Proper pizzas are baked to order in our 800-degree wood-burning oven and measure approximately 11 inches across (8 slices per pizza).
